Mr. Rakesh Bakshi being conferred with the "Padma
Shri" Award, one of India's high civilian
awards, by the then
Hon'ble President of India Mr.
R. Venkataraman at the Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi on 23
