Infrastructure Development:

	Collection of Wind Data for assessing the suitability of site.
	Getting the necessary allocation of the site selected from State/Forest Department.
	Development of the site including approach road.
	Construction of evacuation system including substation, overhead lines and other interfacing arrangement.
	Providing safety systems like circuit breakers, relays, etc.
	Construction of control rooms and office rooms etc.

Vendors Finalization:

	Arranging visit of client to proposed site/Wind Farm and explaining the suitability of site and estimated generation.

Manpower Planning:

Planning of manpower for execution of the project.

Preparation of Budget:


	Budget forecast for execution of the project.
